Shipping policy

All services and products offered are delivered digitally and no physical items will be shipped. Depending on the service purchased, your reading will be provided via PDF sent to your email, a private video link for recorded sessions, or a live online video meeting. Delivery timeframes vary based on the type and depth of the reading and begin once payment has been received and accurate birth details (date, time, and place of birth) have been provided. If birth information is delayed, the delivery window will begin once correct details are received. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their email address is entered correctly at checkout and to check spam or junk folders if delivery is not visible. I am not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information, technical issues, or platform-related disruptions on the client’s end.
