Refund & Delivery Policy

All readings are non-refundable once purchased, booked, and confirmed.

Due to the energetic and time-intensive nature of astrological work, all services require preparation and research prior to delivery. This means refunds cannot be issued after confirmation of your booking.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the type and depth of the reading purchased:

• Mini PDF readings are typically delivered within 1 week
• Full or deep-dive readings may take 2-3 weeks
• Specialised readings (such as Solar Return, transit analysis, asteroid deep dives, or highly aspect-focused reports) may take up to 2-4 weeks depending on research required

If a specific delivery date is agreed upon at the time of booking, your reading will be delivered by that date.

If for any reason I am unable to deliver your reading within the agreed timeframe, you will be notified and offered either:
• A revised delivery date
• Or a full refund if the reading has not yet been delivered

Live & Recorded Sessions

Readings may be delivered live via video call or as a recorded session, depending on your choice.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
